12.1 Opening the Test menu

 To open the test menu, go to the main menu (Fig.113). Use the arrows to select

the folder and press OK. A list with the three options available will be displayed (Fig.114).

 The options can be selected with the and dynamic keys; then press OK.

12.2 Test cos  and resonance test

These two options must be used at the same time. The purpose is to execute the manual connection and

disconnection of capacitors while displaying the cos  or THDV and THDI of each phase. This allows you to

check that the compensation unit is working correctly and whether the connection of a certain number of

capacitors is causing resonances in the installation or not. Each test is carried out as follows:

 The Test cos φ option of Computer Plus shows the cos φ of all phases and the type (inductive or

capacitive), as well as the cos φ III (total) and its type (Fig.115).
